We spent a night here and the experience was amazing. Nice, clean room with friendly host that went above and beyond so that our stay is perfect. The spa area is very well maintained and breakfast was a treat.

There was so much detail to everything for example we loved that the little welcome box included everything local so shops, pubs, takeaways including if they were cash only, completely peaceful few days from work and completely private

As a horse lover my daughter absolutely loved our stay and meeting the horses. Yes you will hear horses and there will be related working livery noises/smells. However everything was well kept and clean as it possibly could be. The couple of younh stable girls were sweet and delightful. The horses were gorgeous and we absolutely loved our stay.

What a super place for a relaxing night away - we used the hot tub, chilled with a glass of wine. Didnt use wifi or turn the TV on ! the geese were lovely to watch am. Slept so well. Such a peaceful location.

    Excellent location for attending nearby wedding. Facilities good and owner and son very welcoming. Grounds superb, and overall peaceful to enjoy. Loved having pool and steam room included, as well as easy booking of spa treatments.

    Village has two pubs, we ate in the less scruffy looking pub...

    Village has two pubs, we ate in the less scruffy looking pub on our first ( The Black Swan ). The service was good, food was average. Unfortunately, we were sat near a few locals whose conversation was "industrial" to say the least! We drove the 8 miles to Beverley for a meal on Saturday night. Highly recommend Sleepers in Beverley.

    We were delighted with the standard of facilities and hospitality we experienced during our stay at the Burton Lodge Hotel, Brandesburton. The rooms were cleaned daily to a high standard. They were well furnished with a comfortable bed. The water was nice and hot for bathing and showers. The views across the beautiful grounds were lovely. The breakfast was freshly cooked and very good. The swimming pool was a delight. The honesty bar worked well in the evenings. Altogether a great time was had by us all. We were in a party of 7. The Dacres Arms Pub does a good pub meal. Big portions, well cooked. Bert's Pizzeria has a nice buzz and atmosphere by the lake and does decent pizzas and burgers. The location is excellent for trips to the gorgeous east coast. You can be beside the sea in Bridlington within 25 mins by car. The nearby town of Beverley is an excellent town to visit with many attractions.
