Facilities were great, so nice to have a bath. The lady at reception was so friendly and helpful. The fan was a welcome addition. Blackout curtains meant that we slept through until 9am!

Beautiful rooms and the gardens are gorgeous! Super friendly and helpful staff! We found the rooms spacious and bathroom was lovely and clean. We had a little fridge in our room which was very handy for keeping fresh milk cold for a decent cuppa! Overall we were really impressed and loved our stay!

    Hotel overpriced, This is at most a 4 star hotel.

    Hotel overpriced, This is at most a 4 star hotel. Long corridors, no lift , plenty of stairs , and not suitable for disabled or the elderly. No porter at door and no one to park your car as you would expect in a 5 star hotel. No air conditioning in rooms. . You have to park about 5 minutes away wand walk back. Appalling! Late check in at 4pm and you get charged £30 per person for the spa if you check in an hour earlier. Breakfast not included if you book with Booking.com at £30 each, but if you book direct they don't charge! Poor chef, food is appalling. Chicken caesar salad, as an example had stale hard cold chicken, and thrown together, wife had a chicken bar snack, full of bones. Don't eat here either. Staff very good, nice surroundings and great treatments.

    Everything was amazing. The room (more like a suite) was out of this world. It had a beautiful spacious feel to it, combining an oldy-worldy charm with modern facilities. First-class food, comfortable bed, superb spa and health facilities. I felt utterly relaxed after two nights at this hotel. All the staff were helpful and friendly and highly professional. I noticed little things they did.

    Well renovated good layout nice kitchen and bathroom interesting art comfortable bed. Very clean. Near shop and restaurant walkable to bagshot station. On quieter road just off high street. Good local taxi service able to take us to event we were going to nearby.

    Host, Candice was very welcoming to my family on arrival. We enjoyed a restful stay in Candices apartment. Very clean, bright and cheerful apartment on a quiet street. This is an apartment I would certainly book again for stay over in Bagshot. Thanks Candice.
