I booked into The Bell as I was meeting some of my family for the first time and travelling down from Milton Keynes thought it a good idea to stay the night. Well I fell in love with the place. The buildings are just beautiful, such an amazing history and the staff couldn't be more friendly or helpful. The food was something else also. A very pretty town with some lovely little shops. If ever I find myself in or near Winslow, I would stay again. I recommend it to anyone. Can't speak highly enough of it 😊

Comfortable, very clean and quiet. There’s a fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave along with all the cutlery and crockery needed to prepare some meals etc. The location is ideal, quiet yet the delightful town of Winslow is within walking distance. The bathroom was clean and the shower was hot. There’s private parking for a car behind automatic gates. In all a very comfortable stay.

We loved everything about our stay. Communication with the hosts before arrival was great. We arrived and were greeted on the drive and given the key. We were then offered a lift into Milton Keynes so we didn't have to pay for parking. The hosts gave us so much info on the local area and places to eat etc The coach house was perfect . So cool on a very hot summers day, little touches like biscuits, milk, games, toiletries amongst other things were particularly special. The beds were very comfortable. I would absolutely recommend to everyone to stay here. What a hidden gem.

    The cottage is in the village of Padbury and has 2 pubs. The New Inn does not currently serve food but The Blackbird does pizzas from a van. However, there are lots of lovely places to eat in Buckingham which is only a short car journey or taxi ride away.

    Adstock or Padbury, which is the village, is very pretty and surprisingly unspoilt. We were pleasantly surprised that it has a shop, a fantastic butchers. It also has two pubs - we only used one but the landlady was delightful. Well worth a visit.
