Amanda was the perfect host and made us feel at home from the beginning. She gave a history of the village and recommended one of the nicest restaurants we've ever experienced. The property is totally unique, as is the village. Superb choice for breakfast - just wish we had room for the waffles! The reserved parking space was a great help.

Charming and well finished - a very comfortable and restful experience in an ideal location. Everything from the food to flowers was outstanding. The hostess, Sandrine, was kind, professional and accommodating of every request. Plus, little Simba (her French bulldog) was very friendly and entertaining!

    Very picturesque old village with prominent chateau...

    Very picturesque old village with prominent chateau overlooking the river setting virtually every corner or street has captivating views or buildings. On each street corner you seemed to be greeted by the friendliest most well kept what I were told were stray cat who would accomapany you as you walked down their street. Whole place was so quiet tranquil with good surrounding countryside as you drive to it. The nearby local towns had the general shopping faciltiies also in atracive setting.
