    Staff were all helpful, as well as professional but friendly. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The food was nice, and even though the restaurant was extremely busy, staff was attentive and efficient. I can't rate the breakfast, as I had to leave before breakfast hours began at 5:30 am. The single room I had wasn't huge (though not tiny either), but the size was perfect for me as it would be for any solo traveler or two who didn't require a ton of space. It had free wifi, TV, air conditioning and plenty of outlets. I needed a hotel close to CDG airport and this ibis is about as close as you can get to CDG (T3) without being inside the airport proper. Very convenient, price was good for the accommodation. It was a nice stay, and I'd stay here again when in France.

    Great location 5 min drive from airport ideal for connecting flights. They have shuttle every 30 min but it stops after 10:30 am the shuttle service is paid charge 8€ per person , if travelling with family uber will be cheaper

    1. directions were confusing. it took me some time to find the immigration area. 2. i could find the VAT counter easily though. 3. airport lounge for singapore airlines was small and the variety of food available was so-so. the coffee was good though! and the staff cleared my table very fast. 4. love the duty free shops - many choices. as someone who loves to shop at duty free shops at the airport, it was fantastic. so grateful that macarons were available so i could bring them fresh home. 5. there were no announcements made for boarding (or was there? maybe i was too busy shopping!) 6. boarding was a breeze. good job singapore airlines!

    CDG remains, in my experience, one of the most frustrating...

    CDG remains, in my experience, one of the most frustrating airports to travel through. While the infrastructure is modern and the processes are organized, there’s a severe lack of flexibility and staffing—especially during peak travel periods. Families with young children are often sent to a dedicated passport control line, which ends up being the slowest. There’s no prioritization, no assistance, and no real effort to improve the experience. I was even denied my stroller at the gate, forcing me to carry my children through long corridors, only to receive it much later with oversized baggage. To make matters worse, I’ve faced multiple unpleasant situations here. On one occasion, a security staff member pressured me into something I did not consent to, and I had to firmly stand my ground. Another time, despite being a Platinum traveler, the check-in operator insisted on charging me for an extra bag I was entitled to for free. Mistakes happen, but instead of resolving the situation calmly, the agent turned to the queue and blamed me for the delay, which escalated tension. I had to involve a supervisor to de-escalate the scene. Sadly, this airport seems to lack a culture of service and respect, which makes each visit more exhausting than the last.

    We liked the convenience to the airport, trains to Paris and buses to nearby shopping centres. We ate at the restaurant at the hotel, convenient , simple and not too expensive. Yes, we found it easy to get around Roissy- en- France and coming back from Paris was like a breath of fresh air. Was very hot in France during our stay, so was a relief to get back to an airconditioned room and hotel

    The people with whom I come in contact with Air France...

    The people with whom I come in contact with Air France always exceed expectations and am very impressed. There were especially two people at the ground service in baggage terminal E who stayed with me on the phone to a car park until the problem was solved.

    We have stayed at this hotel many times before-as the location is excellent for access to Paris CDG airport. The bedroom and shower room are basic-but spotlessly clean. These rooms have been renovated over the past couple of years-and are a big improvement on the old dated rooms. The beds are adequate for an overnight stop, if you have a flight the next day. We find the staff very helpful at front desk as well as in the bar and restaurants.

    Compact room with all the comforts, the hotel has a well-endowed gym to keep up with training, direct access using cdgval is my preferred option for Charles de Gaulle since I find vans to the airport stressful since they don't keep the schedules. The reception staff was out of this world nice and helpful. I also thought the games all around the lobby were a special treat, and the space to accommodate them confortably

    This hotel is less than 5 minutes walk from terminal 3 Charles de Gaulle airport and the free shuttle to terminals 1 and 2. Perfect for an early morning flight. The included breakfast had lots of variety, opening at 5:30am. The bar and restaurant were reasonably priced

    First of all, very nice warm welcome, friendly staff, answer any questions with a smile. The hotel is very close to Charles de Gaulle airport. The bed with pillows is very comfortable, the rooms are clean, excellent breakfast.
