    Great city, food was amazing although somewhat on the expensive side. Easy to get around (mainly walking). The Eiffel Tower was amazing and our family trip to Disneyland was great. On a downer were the smokers, everywhere and anywhere (even inside the restaurants) not good when you have 4 small children breathing the same air.

    Everyone must go to Paris at least once, it must be experienced. This was our second trip. Paris is Paris, however. It is not France. You will find the rest of the country much different. Equally charming.

    Paris is awesome as far as attractions and experiences, however our accommodation was disappointing, I would recommend very careful research of properties, especially for long stays. It is extremely easy to get around in Paris once you have worked out the train system, which is excellent. We really loved Disneyland, the Eiffle Tower, the Louvre and just wandering around.

    Paris was a wonderful city.

    Paris was a wonderful city. Very vibrant place, lots to see, do and eat and drink. I felt safe in the city. The transportation system was excellent and we used this a lot during our 5 day stay.

    For those who have been to Paris, some will come back with a...

    For those who have been to Paris, some will come back with a mixed bag based on the time of the year, the crowds and let's not forget the weather. From the negative of a crowded city with a ton of immigrants to a lovely quaint neighborhood feel, full of cafes, museums, churches and national treasures to visit. Le Marais is the latter. In general, safe, clean and ready to be explored. We ate at neighborhood cafes and eateries and yes it does help that I speak the language but these days the French love to help their humble American friends. We bought our baguettes and croissants, goat cheese and jam and ate breakfast in our room. During the 3 days, we did not leave the neighborhood. Not because we did not want to but because we loved the neighborhood. Paris is an easy city to get around; the subway is safe and efficient. Do not let anyone tell you differently. We had seen the Eiffel tower and the Louvre in many other occasions, so we did not have to stand in line for those. Instead we visited some local churches and free museums like the Archives and Chandelet. We soaked up the sun in the 17 century Place des Vosgues and Hotel de Sully. To conclude, Paris has alot to offer but it is up to the individual to include the big monuments or just stroll around the neighborhood with the locals.

    The location was excellent, with plenty of dining options nearby, ranging from budget-friendly Greek kebabs to authentic French crêperies. The hotel is well-connected by train and within walking distance of iconic landmarks like Notre Dame and the Louvre Museum. The front desk staff provided exceptional service, always offering a warm and friendly welcome whenever we entered the hotel. While the breakfast selection wasn’t extensive, it was hearty, and the croissants were truly outstanding, among the best that I’ve tasted in France.

    They have upgraded our room to a family room which was nice, they always make up the room everyday, the staff were so helpful as well, there was one staff who has helped us out how to get around paris easily. And the best part is the location, ita close to shops restaurante and the gare du nord station which was a plus coming from outside france and arriving at this station it was very convenient to just walk out of the station to the hotel

    This is a budget hotel and therefore we expected it to feel basic. We stayed for 1 night while changing trains and just wanted somewhere cheap and central. Location is great near several metro stations. The room and shared shower was clean, the mattress was comfortable and the staff were very friendly. For the price we paid in Paris it was a decent deal.

    we were in transition from east France to CDG and needed 2 nights in Paris. This is a very friendly, clean and altogether perfect value-for-money hotel in the Bellville area. Staff were nice and helpful, metro line 11 is maybe 2 minutes by foot and easy to get to the marais etc.
