It was a really good place, it´s close to Giverny and Vernon, the little town is beautiful as well. The service was super nice, they are kind people and it´s a cozy and perfect room. I recommend going by car because the buses are not a regular service in the area, actually, the family I helped with that because I was needing back to Paris on the weekend, so that, if you don´t have car it´s better to check the buses and trains beforehand.

Set in the most stunning location, very tranquil, a true escape yet so close to Paris. Our meal at the restaurant was sublime and we thoroughly enjoyed the evening entertainment, guitarist/singer Cyril. We didn’t get to enjoy the sauna and spa but wish we had more than one night. Beautiful trails for walking and exploring.

    This is a renovated old pre war French farmhouse that...

    This is a renovated old pre war French farmhouse that survived the war and has been lovingly updated without loosing its old world character. There’s nearby horse stables, orchard, and fields, but best of all is the host who, only speaking French, summoned his bilingual friend to come greet and translate for us and make us feel welcome. In this part of France all Americans are especially welcomed and appreciated by the gracious French, who honor America’s sons sacrifices for France and freedom in WW ll. We were treated with a huge roomy suite with large bathroom unusual for France, at a very reasonable price. Another charming feature was friendly little Eliot, the hosts gentle loyal dog!

    Stunning Riverside location, very comfortable and tastefully decorated accommodation. Host is lovely and very welcoming. Delicious breakfast with good quality homemade produce. 5 minutes drive from Monet's Gardens
