Absolutely unforgettable! This charming B&B is a true hidden gem, made even more special by the warm and welcoming host, Sylvia. From the moment we arrived, her positivity and hospitality made us feel right at home. She went above and beyond, recommending and even reserving a fantastic dinner for us at La Riviera on the Loire. The evening ended perfectly with a friendly card game and a relaxing dip in the warm pool. Breakfast was a highlight—everything homemade, from the yogurt to the jams. This is a beautiful comfortable house in a quiet street. There is a garden where you can sit in the sun. The family is very friendly but are also respectful of your privacy. Frederique speaks good English and helped us with some reservation problems we had. We were on cycles and when we found there were no restaurants nearby Frederique and Eric drove us to a picnic area where we had food, wine and music. La Bohalle is an unspoilt small village on the banks of the Loire. It has churches and cycle routes branching out from the village. There are no cafes or shops etc. but these are in easy access within a short drive. However, there are vending machines near the Church that supply fruit, vegetables, pizzas and baguettes.
