The location is very good, however the apartment is very dated, some of the appliances do not work and the bath has no shower screen or curtain, I have stayed in Isola over the last 10 years and this was the worst I have stayed in, it is also very expensive but because of demand and location you have to pay the price. I feel that asking for an extra cleaning charge when you are paying 250 euros per night is just ridiculous. The bedding and towel charge is ok as all the apartments in Isola do this but I still think this is simply grabbing a bit more and made me dislike the approach from the owners , we brought our own in the end. Isola 2000 is in a great location with lots of walking/ hiking from the doorstop. It's main activity is obviously skiing in the winter season but is adapting well for summer visitors and provides lots of activities for families.Guest review byBarbara - 8.0
We liked Isola 2000 and have been here several times.
We liked Isola 2000 and have been here several times. The snow was really well groomed, considering they had not had snow for some time. There are lots of easy greens and blues and also quite a few reds and a couple of black runs. The ski school was very active. There is a very effective big cable car and a smaller one. Several chairs and quite a few drag lifts. There are two new “tapis” (rolling carpets) on the Front de Neige. The central commercial area is not very pretty and has lots of stairs. But there is a good choice of hotels, studios and chalets. Weekends get really busy with people coming up from Nice. Mid-week was very quiet.Guest review byJudithUnited Kingdom - 10.0

Enjoyable skiing with all slopes easily accessible from the central area. There hadn’t been much snow this season and a number of the pistes were closed but there was plenty to keep us moderate level skiers going for a few days and we could easily have enjoyed a few more!
