Sandra and Stefano are wonderful people. We ate two dinners and two breakfest. Stefano is a genious cook. We were served with delicious wine as well. And last but not least, chatting with them was a great pleasurre. We recommend this place very much.

The overnight stay at Les Secrets du Defends exceeded our expectations. The hosts Muriel & Michel were extremely accommodating, sincere and helped us enjoy our short stay. An added bonus was the time we spent at the poolside bar, playing our music with a bottle of wine - it doesn't get any better than this.

Merci Sophie et Philippe💙 You are so kind and friendly. It was like coming home to good old friends. Sophie is an extraordinary cook. The delicious candle night dinners were made with vegetables from their garden. We highly recommend these meals as well as the outstanding breakfasts with lots of fresh fruit. Philippe and Sophie are hosts with heart. We love to come back.

    I must have been to dozens and dozens of Hotels during my life, this was one of the most pleasant stays I've ever had anywhere. Stéphane and Sandra are the perfect hosts, the rooms are superbly decorated, very clean and comfortable and just the food...forget about other restaurants, just let Stéphane wield his magic cooking skills...also a superb breakfast. I think it is perfect place for a get-away for singles or couples.

    This hotel is a true hidden gem in Provence. The owners are nice and attentive, the rooms are just perfect, dinner was so delicious that we decided to stay a little longer to have lunch there. Every small details were beautiful. This is the experience we were looking for, thank you so much, and we really hope to see you again!
