Castelaundry is in the heart of Cassoulet country…we had some fabulous meals in local restaurants. It is also a stepping off point for boats on the MIDI canal. Enough (free) parking spaces in the hotel car park. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Clean and comfy room with excellent shower. Good and varied breakfast choice, cold cuts, boiled eggs, yogurts, pastries, breads, etc and decent coffee too. Didn't have our evening meal in the restaurant as there are other choices close by.
