It's not the most historically picturesque of the many competing seaside locations in the south of France but that probably makes it a little less crowded and it is very pleasant with attractive bays offering a lively port, pretty beaches and places to explore plus all the usual shopping and eating facilities. It is a great place if you want a relaxing, seaside holiday. Very good food, lots of beautiful beaches, lovely boutiques and fun water sports. Easy access to similar villages such as Le Castellet, Cassis and Sanary sur mer which are worth a visit. Very clean place and good street signage. There are lovely beaches, it has a lively nightlife and good selection of stalls at the evening market. There are a wide variety of popular restaurants. Very pleasant seaside town with lots of bars and restaurants, beaches, boat trips, paddle boarding, etc. Local wines are excellent, market was busy and interesting. Much nicer than we had expected. Which we really really appreciated. And then we got a very nice bottle of Bandol wine,. As welcome gift such a kind gestures. Honestly this is like a Mas in Pasadena. The house is gorgeous like a house in architectural Digest or something. Very very sophisticated and high tech, the master bedroom is on a another level. Nice-sized lounge, leading on to a courtyard where there's an outdoor shower - with hot water. A real plus. There's an indoor shower room too. of course. Two decent-sized bedrooms. Everything recently refurbished, so comfortable and functional. Richard was a very helpful host, right on time for key pick-up and return. Yes there are staires up to the appartment, but located on second floor 37 of Them are okay. Small, but usefull toilet. The Unit is very nicely renovated, with large bathroom, two dobbelt bedrooms, kitchen and the veranda is closed, so you Can enjoy the “outdoor” in any condition. AirCon was Nice in 30 + degrees!
