Dream location in the National Park de la Brenne, surrounded by nature with an amazing view from the room balcony on the Anglin river. It was homely and Marie-Odile was the perfect hostess. The property was just outside the town and extremely quiet and ‘rural’. The breakfast was ideal, with homemade jams being provided . A real home from home. We will definitely stay there again

    We have stayed here several times and it is a great overnight stop in an historic, romantic hotel in an excellent location in the centre of one of France's most beautiful villages. We like the laidback atmosphere and the excellent dinners which are good value. Car parking on site is secure and essential for this location. A walk around the village is a must and is so picturesque.

    Angles-sur-l'Anglin is one of France's "most beautiful villages" and with good reason! There are lots of local artisans, artists, antique dealers and good places to eat as well! Highly recommend the Salon de thé No. 15 for a delicious meal or a coffee and homemade dessert!
