Every little detail was just right. Rooms are nothing fancy, but are clean and comfortable. I got one with the sunset view from the private balcony and that was great. I also liked that they have a bicycle storage where you can store your rented bike and even charge it if it's an ebike. I had breakfast and dinner and both were very good buffets with big variety of food and also new things every day, so you don't get bored of eating same stuff. I also liked the location a bit away from the buzz and close to the airport.

    You must visit la carmencita del puerto restaurant in matagorda, wonderful place, delicious food unlike anything else on the island. The oasis cocktail and tapas bar on the seafront in Matagorda is also delightful. Tasty high quality tapas and amazing cocktails. Just a 5 minute taxi ride from the main strip. La Capri pizza restaurant in puerto del carmen is also lovely. The pasta dishes are varied and authentic and the pizza is excellent.

    Personally puerto del carmen isn’t for me as there are many...

    Personally puerto del carmen isn’t for me as there are many more places to stay which are less touristy. If you are looking for lively, busy location not far from the airport this is a great location.

    Lanzarote was very laid back, lovely atmosphere , great coastal walks around by the cliffs from Puerto del Carmen to Puerto Calero. Plenty of choices of fabulous restaurants ,The choice and quality of food was fantastic and I found great value for money

    Excellent holiday resort, loads of beautiful restaurants that offer great value for money. Lovely accommodations. However, extremely difficult to get accommodation unless you go up one of the many steep hills.

    The strip is a bit like Southend on steroids for bars and restaurants. Service has always been good in any place we have been in El Kiosk is a must for cheap drinks and people watching, seats are limited though, there are plenty of other little bars too, so don't just frequent the one Overall feels very safe and generally very clean. The experience changes from one end of the "strip" to the other. Airport end bit quieter, in the middle bit more noisy, middle to Mercodona bit nosier and hectic, Harbour end and the atmosphere becomes quieter again.

    As a family, we have been a few times.

    As a family, we have been a few times. It seems to be getting more people each time we go. Some place’s are lovely and staff are very friendly. But some places staff can be very rude. All in all we had a lively family holiday as usual

    Newly renovated hotel with beautiful rooms and pools mainly for families with children. Food selection is very good and if someone writes otherwise the problem is with him/her not with the hotel :) Staff is nice and trying to do their best. I would like to thank “food truck staff” Esteban and Ana for entertaining us by the pool during the whole stay. They are supernice people who make people smile all day. We definitely come back if we will return to Lanzarote!

    I was really lucky to pick this hotel for my first stay on Lanzarote. Hotel is located on hill above Puerto del Carmen with great access by car few mins from the airport (sufficient private parking lot available for free) and as such consists of several small "houses/rooms" in large garden/park. Environment is really calm and clean, hotel provides great services and food is excellent. If I should visit Lanzarote next time, this would be my first choice again.

    Perfect place to spend holidays: 1) excellent location close to a very large and not crowded beach Los Pocillos, which is much better than in Puerto del Carmen 2) apartment in a quiet gatedestate close to the beach and supermarket 3) well equipped apartment with nice spacious terrace 4) very polite and friendly host communicates quickly and efficiently via the internet. Thank you for nice stay 🙂

    Location was really good. Pool was perfect. Lanzarote gets very windy sometimes and unfortunately it was really windy when we were there so we couldn't swim in the sea, but surprisingly the hotel was not windy because the apartments blocked the gusts. So we enjoyed the sun from the pool without the wind.
