The staff was extremely friendly, the hotel has a great location on a very lively street full of restaurants, great amenities such as on site parking, roof terrace with a pool, everything you need in your room - overall it was a great stay and would go back to this hotel again.

Staff was amazing. Very accommodating and knowledgeable. They welcomed us at 2:30am after a long delay with our flight, and it was so friendly and lovely. The room was great. Comfortable bed, great shower, cute balcony. The location was perfect for us. The restaurant was small but very nice with a beautiful outdoor space.

    I enjoyed Mallorca and would definitely return. We were only here a few days and there is nearly too much to see and do. Something for everyone. People are very friendly and helpful. We didn’t have any issues or concerns.

    There were too many Tapas bars we felt.

    There were too many Tapas bars we felt. The town has a lot of uneven surfaces and steps to be aware of if you have mobility problems. The Cathedral is beautiful, go first thing to miss the crowds. The Airport bus is hit and miss,so a Taxi is best, A trip to Soller is a lovely day out. But go early as the train gets packed.

    We loved the old town, narrow streets filled with shops, bars and restaurants linking beautiful old buildings against a stunning backdrop of the bay. We particularly enjoyed a city bike tour on our first morning and loved the roof top bars and tapas options. We arranged a day pass to access a beach hotel's facilities close to the airport on our last day which was such a good idea and worked well for some last minute relaxation.

    Beautiful city with an abundance of bars, restaurants, cafes & shops. Mercat de Santa Catalina & Mercat de L'Olivar incredible for small early bites along with a glass of beer or wine. Bar Dia & Cafe C'an Toni particular favourites for both tapas & main meals. For coffee lovers, both Arabay in Placa Mayor & Nano Coffee in the city centre do incredible coffee. La Catedral is a must visit & a trip to Castell de Bellver well worth it as well for the views of outside Palma. Wandering all over Santa Catalina a great highlight for small street with local cafes, bakeries & street art to be seen. Excellent bus service throughout the city if it's too warm to be walking everywhere.

    I visited for a family wedding in Senselles, which was superb. We hired a car, which was great for getting around but it was impossible to park anywhere near any of the more attractive towns such as Deia and Valldemossa. The roads were also choked with cyclists which made driving very stressful. The only way to visit these destinations would be by bus, taxi or staying there... We knew it would be busy in September but everywhere was absolutely choked with tourists. If you want to get away from it all this is not the place.

    We couldn’t fault the hotel. From the moment we stepped in, the staff were friendly and welcoming. The rooms were clean and the added touch of a daily stocked mini bar was great. Beds were very comfortable. Overall we had no complaints at all about the hotel itself. We found the best restaurants were about 15 min walk from the hotel, heading to the city centre. It was a 25 min walk into Palma old town which is flat and very easy to do. The hotel was located 15 mins by taxi from the airport. We will absolutely be back.

    I have never encountered such nice staff in my life. They were so helpful to even park our car when we couldnt find the parking lot. They managed all of the restaurants reservations and had the best tips. The hotel itself is newly renovated and everything is nice and very much like the pictures.
