Barbara and Pablo provided exceptional assistance and displayed warm hospitality throughout our stay, which greatly enhanced our experience in Madrid. They consistently greeted my mother and I with a friendly hello whenever we passed by the reception area and readily offered their assistance. Additionally, our request for an early check-in was graciously accommodated. The hotel's location on a picturesque pedestrian street was delightful, and convenient access for taxis was available near the entrance. The bed was very comfortable and the shower had good pressure. Despite opting for a standard room, we were pleasantly surprised by its spaciousness, allowing us to easily accommodate two large suitcases. We enthusiastically recommend this hotel and eagerly look forward to returning in the future.

The rooms were amazing, we each had a room with a balcony overlooking the Plaza Mayor. Breakfast was fabulous, the location was perfect, in the centre of the city close to great restaurants and tourist attractions.

    Each traveler has unique expectations. Are you looking for history? Tours: El Madrid de los Austrias, El Barrio de las Letras Gastronomy? Too many to count but the churros of San Ginés, the sidra and tapas of Sidrería El Tigre and the bacalao and the vermut de grifo of El Anciano Rey de los Vinos. Art? El Prado, of course, but countless churches, basilicas and museums. Shopping? La Gran Vía Night life? Hipster Malasaña and Chueca Come to Madrd, it has all and more!     Despite the warm temperatures (30+), we enjoyed walking around the central core of the city. We also took two bus tours. A bit disappointed that the city has cancelled hop on/hop off buses due to traffic congestion. Lots of construction going on but fairly easy to navigate. Enjoyed outdoor cafes and bars. Prado Museum and Botanical Gardens were lovely.

    Madrid is incredible, great nightlife, good industry. I was travelling for a conference. Public transport is genuinely one of the best in europe, prices are very reasonable. it’s not a place for a family vacation, it’s a nice place to work from, good culture. Good food, you won’t struggle to eat and drink.

    I liked the other staff they were so helpful and friendly.. It's clean in every corner,no bad smell, especially the bedsheets,I like it when it's me who put it on rather than the Housekeeper.only the WiFi is too slow I hope they will improve it.the location is perfect.

    We spent 90 minutes at the Royal Collections.

    We spent 90 minutes at the Royal Collections. I would allow another hour. We like Madrid and would go again and see more. The park around the Temple de Debod is very nice. Definitely go a little before sunset and enjoy just being their. We found the Mercado De San Miquel over crowded and just walked through and left.

    Madrid was an unexpected delight.

    Madrid was an unexpected delight. Less touristy than Barcelona - easier pace. Very walkable. Beautiful parks. I visited the Royal Palace and Prado Museum as my main paid attractions. Opted for the audio tours at both.

    The hotel is located very centrally, a couple of minutes' walk from Puerta del Sol and the metro interchange, and a short walk from the attractions in central Madrid, with the whole city centre being easily walkable from the hotel if not taking the metro option. There are countless restaurants and bars nearby and a choice of local supermarkets. The hotel is clean and check-in was friendly. Compared to all other comparable options the price was excellent.

    The staff were outstanding. The cosiness of the facility with the amazing interior design and the variety. The flexibility of the 24 hour Checkin and checkout. Location to city centre was so convenient. It was busy and exciting down in the bar and restaurants but once in the room, there was the privacy and quietness. I will choose this hotel again when back in Madrid.

    Very nice hotel in perfect location. Near airport and public transportation. 10€ with Uber from airport to hotel. Also 10€ to the center of Madrid. We walk Al along street till center, it's perfect street with lots of shops and people around. Place is safe.
