    The village was very pleasant and the people were very...

    The village was very pleasant and the people were very friendly. We enjoyed coffee and pastries outside a patisserie and there were a few open as well as a bar in town. We felt safe walking around any most people said hello. 2 supermarkets well stocked and a petrol station on the way to the village.

    I love the Basque culture, which is well promoted.

    I love the Basque culture, which is well promoted. We just have to get Hotels and Bars to play only Basque music!! We ate at the Hotel which is very nice and value for your money. Staff were were very friendly.

    Great location and stay for our two days cycling the Via Verde de la Plazaola. The hotel was very helpful in letting us keep our bikes safely inside over night. In April the hotel restaurant is not open, so they arranged breakfast in a local cafe

    Fantastic village and hotel just off the motorway, we were only there one night en route home to Bordeaux, ree breakfast was wonderful, staff very welcoming, communal kettle available on 1st floor but we had our own, dogs wel ome

    Host was very welcoming, chatty and informative. Location beautiful. Hotel and surrounding buildings were like a picture postcard. Annual festival started during our stay.
