Barcelona is very crowded, trying to stay in a place that’s quiet enough for the traffic and busy environment can be difficult. It’s a personal preference. Good experience overall, needing taxi and busses to go to places. It’s a big city and there are plenty to do but choosing a good time and day can sometimes be challenging. Not all the places on social media or online are as preferable in person.

4 days are enough to visit Barcelona!

4 days are enough to visit Barcelona! You cand try paella as a main dish! The subway was very easy to use! You can visit Sagrada Familia, cathedral of Barcelona, Gothic Cartier, Barceloneta beach, parc Guell and casa Batlo.

There was so much to see and do.

There was so much to see and do. We walked a lot, did the hop on, hop off buses and took taxis-the taxis are well priced and available by raising your hand when you see a green light-the price you see as the journey progresses so there are no surprise costs. Plenty of eating places-from small bars serving tapas to full on restaurants -price ranging to suit. Recommended day trips to Monserrat and a train trip away to Sitges. The Merce festival held end of September is very colourful and great to watch and mostly free entertainment but can be crowded at the main areas. Loved Barcelona!

What a fabulous city! Stayed 5 days and that wasn't enough.

What a fabulous city! Stayed 5 days and that wasn't enough. Many attractions to visit and my favourite spots were La Sagrada, Park Guell, Sant Pau Recinte Modernista and Palau de la Musica Catalana, not in any order. Easy access to transport with a t-mobilitat ticket or just callejeo and getting lost. Too many choices for meals, but a staple for breakfast is at Forns-Pi bakery and La Fonda Restaurant proved to be great. Sitting at a terrace in a plaza watching the world go by while eating tapas and drinking tinto de verano!

    Barcelona is amazing!

Barcelona is amazing! I loved the vibe of the city, the monuments, the beach, the celebration of Mercé! The sightseeing options are exceptional, giving the visitor an enjoyable view of the city. So much to do there!! Please don't forget to visit Casa Battló, the Gaudi Museum, the Sagrada Familia Cathedral- one of the most beautiful places I've been to! Go to Barceloneta and spend at least a couple of hours in the warm waters! You won't regret it.

The location was convenient, with a metro station just few corners away. The city center is easily reachable — only about a 15 to 20 minute walk. As for breakfast, it had everything needed to start the day right, simple, satisfying, and definitely worth the price. The hotel staff were consistently helpful and cheerful, always ready to assist with a smile. Thank you for a pleasant stay, Barcelona Century Hotel!

Perfect location for exploring the city center and the most important places in Barcelona. You have connections to subway, train and buses nearby. Also you have a lot of objectives at walking distance like Casa Battlo, Rambla and so on. From the airport the recommended way is to use the train that will leave you very close to the hotel on Passeig de Gràcia station.

There is nothing I did not like. Super friendly and helpful staff. Fantastic design rooms totally refurbished and very well isolated so no noise at all. One of the best breakfast buffets I have seen in recent years. Top service, probably one of the best 5 star hotels not only in Barcelona or Europe.

Nice and clean hotel in a quiet place. Rooms are tiny, but it's enough to sleep well and to enjoy Barcelona on day time. Cleaning and changing towels every day! The location is very good, there are bus stops in 2-5 minutes walk to go to different directions to the city center.
