    It’s really an awful place.

    It’s really an awful place. I don’t see any good reason to stay there besides work commitments and/or the need to find a cheaper option than staying in Bilbao. In the evening there’s no place around that offers food at normal times, they’re either closed or open only for drinking. I ended up at a Domino’s Pizza after a couple of wasted hours looking for a proper restaurant, on a Sunday evening.

    I rated location as perfect as this city was a spot for a one-night stay during our long journey by car. The hotel has a free parking around, but you should arrive earlier in the evening to get the place. The rooms were budget, but clean and comfy. I really liked the people on the reception and a traditional breakfast, which also starts early at 6:30 (we needed to continue our ride early in the morning)

    For one night without breakfast was good except for smell in the room - it was too strong. We travelled with the dog and I would say, my dog had 5star hotel that night: they prepared a bowl of water, a sleeping pillow, and some dog biscuits. That was really nice!!!

    Convenient stop off after late evening flight. Typical Ibis hotel, clean and comfortable with friendly staff. We left too early in morning for breakfast, but it was available. Free parking outside the hotel.

    Easy access for parking right next to the hotel entrance. The next day reception manager tried to make the things better but the night experience we had was hard to overcome.
