The facility is clean and well managed. The airport shuttle bus runs on schedule. The staff are pleasant and helpful. Nour at front desk is particularly courteous and helpful. She goes above and beyond to make her guests feel at home during their stay at Novotel.

The hotel was amazing! We were greeted with welcome drinks, and they allowed us to check in two hours early at no extra cost. The room was very nice, with comfortable beds and pillows. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The cleaning ladies were so attentive, especially Nbeha and Mariam. The driver, Mostafa, was extremely respectful and careful while driving. The Italian restaurant was excellent; we had our New Year's Eve dinner there. The swimming pool was heated, which allowed the children to swim even during their "winter." It was a great experience, and I highly recommend it. P.S. It's located near the airport, which is a great area to stay in Cairo, as it is close to excellent malls, restaurants, etc.
