A good hotel for traveling thru, near the autobahn. Easy to park just outside the hotel. The personell was friendly and helpful. The rooms are a bit outdated but ok. The wifi was working well.

The welcome was warm and the host very thoughtful and attentive. The room was spotless and comfortable, and everything was well prepared. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing. Excellent property - exceptionally comforting. The Manager was professional, courteous and very helpful. Thankyou for shouting me a beer. Extremely high quality breakfast in a warm and comforting surrounds. This property rated as one of he best on our trip through Europe. The snow added to the beauty of the property. One of the best rooms I have had the pleasure of staying in. Cannot say enough positive things about the hotel and staff. Will most certainly be back.

The hotel has a wonderful open and warm atmosphere. It felt alive and welcoming although we were the only guests. Fabulous service - the hotel staff were unable to contact us during our journey so the cook stayed until we arrived to see if we wanted supper. The castle has a fascinating history and is an inspiring cultural project. It was a shame we were travelling though and could only stay one night.
