The hotel was all I could have wanted. The staff were very friendly and efficient. Breakfast was continental style with a wide variety to choose from. I ate at the restaurant every night and the quality of the food was amazing.

Had a double room which was very spacious and clean. Both room and bathroom (quite large) recently renovated. (Apparently all rooms have been recently - last 2 years renovated). Good assortment of options for breakfast.

I had a lovely stay at the Sonnenschein Hotel. The hosts are just adorable, both from the Hotel as from the restaurant. Rooms comfy, food very good, kindness all around, forest just down the road for beautiful walks,... What else do you need ? I warmly recommend this place.

    If you are going to hike this place is just perfect with...

    If you are going to hike this place is just perfect with many lovely trails around the area. You have the choice of forest, fields, small hills and tours to historical sites. Like it more than the south Black Forest. If it is raining and you would like to visit a town Nagold was such a pleasant surprise and well worth a visit.
