A good chain hotel. Comfortable, clean and well-equipped rooms. The breakfast buffet is excellent. The location is five minutes from the main train station and 10-15 minutes from the main market square. There is a supermarket next door and a cinema around the corner. The square where the hotel is located is a regenerated space that spectacularly failed, it's essentially a dead and barren square with a tram stop and shops that open late for drinks and cigarettes. But that's not the hotel's fault but the city planners did a miserabele job there. There is an excellent Vietnamese place close by though on the pedestrian street that leads to the city centre.

Perfect stay right in the middle of the old town. The staff are super friendly, the room is huge, and the overall ambience is beautiful, playful, and fun. You can tell that a lot of love went into the decorations and making guests feel welcome.

Self service hotel.No staff. A bit tricky check-in. You need a good internet connection otherwise you will not be able to open the door. You need to also upload a copy of the passport or your ID otherwise you cant check-in. Hotel is new, spotless clean. Parking in front of the hotel which was very handy!

This was our first time here, but I hope it won't be our last. We were warmly greeted on arrival after our walk from the station in pouring rain. We revived immediately. The room is spacious and cozy. The shower is ALSO spacious, with a rainshower and hand-held shower head. The breakfast is amazing for 12 Euro. All the usual and more plus each day the hot offering has included a vegetarian treat: cauliflower with cheese, then spinach, peppers and onions with cheese, and today broccoli and potatoes with cheese. I can't wait to see what we get tomorrow! The staff was so kind about helping us book another night when the train drivers went on strike during our visit here. And they printed out the Deutsche Bahn forms I needed for refunding the seat reservations on the canceled train. P.S.: The hotel is just .7 miles down the street from the Halloween Factory store and Chocolate Museum!
