Due to unforeseeable technical complications on-site, our booked apartment became unavailable. Without hesitation the host booked a replacement apartment with matching requirements nearby in my stead but at his own expense, contacted us promptly by phone and forwarded all documents of confirmation to my designated email address. The replacement was wonderful, of course, but I really appreciate that commitment and dedication. Sometimes things can go south which is why it’s reassuring to have the fate of your accommodation in the hands of somebody who cares. Good on you!

    Location was great as a starting point for day trips in the heart of Bavaria (Bayern). Apartment was very clean and comfortable. The host was very friendly and very cooperative. The owner and his son shared alot of useful information on the house, the near by area including good restaurants and also recommended interesting day trips in the area.

    Great place close to the motorway. Burgau is a cosy place and the Pension is very close to the center. The appartment is comfortable, very clean, the beds are amazing. We only stayed one night with 3 kids travelling through, but we will definitely come back. Oh yes, and the breakfast was superb!

    Our apartment was on a separate floor, it was cozy and clean. The bed was comfortable. Perfect place if you are traveling with children. Burgau is a safe and quiet city that is a great location if you are looking for a base before visiting Legoland.
