    This is a small town off the beaten path that offers a nice town square with shopping and dining. We really enjoyed our dinner at the quaint restaurant Wirsthaus Wolpertinger which has an outdoor terrace overlooking the canal.

    Stressed? Exausted?

    Stressed? Exausted? Reload your batteries with a stay at Bad Kreuznach, enjoying the walks along the Nahe, relaxing in the Crucenia Thermen or having a mud bath and a massage at the Bäderhaus or the Crucenia Gesundheitscentrum. The Saline Valley is also quite unique and worth a visit.

    It was a great hotel within a fantastic city only q hour from Frankfurt by train. It offered everything required to enjoy and tour the area. I stayed two nights prior to heading out on a 12 day motorcycle journey via Edelweiss Tours. Did you know this area unearthed a gladiator camp from 250 AD - check it out amazing place only minutes away in the hillside. Such a wonderful stay. I even rented an e-bike to get around in making extensive touring easy.

    The hotel is vast, with plenty of history, and the grand staircase was very pretty. The gardens outside are lovely too with amazing trees and a view of the river. We had a nice balcony which overlooked a square where there was music and dancing. The thermal pools were great fun and a nice relaxing treat after the long drive.

    Very warm welcome by the receptionist. The hotel was located very close to the highway and reachable, however the room was still very quiet! Beds were also very comfortable, room spacious enough with a nice rain shower.
