The hotel is relatively new so all facilities are up to date and very comfortable. The rooftop restaurant and balcony lounge are great - spacious and light filled places to eat and drink. I didn’t eat in the restaurant but the cocktails were delicious. The location is great too. Personally, I don’t know why anyone would choose to stay at one of the big chain motorway hotels nearby. However, I do hope the owners appreciate that their main asset is the EXCEPTIONAL staff. Everyone was so professional, friendly and helpful. I’d say that’s pretty rare. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again but it will be for the lovely and attentive staff, not for the fancy light fittings!
