We loved Quebec City. The walking tour was excellent.

We loved Quebec City. The walking tour was excellent. The Beaux-Arts Musee was very interesting. A trip to Montmorency Falls was beautiful. It was easy to catch the bus from this Les Lofts location to go to the falls. We had some superb meals in the old city. Quebecois people were friendly and helpful.

    The city is beautiful.

The city is beautiful. The natives were, on the whole, very nice. A bit too commercial near Frontenac--but it is a destination city. Simply wandering around the city was a lot of fun. Dining was very good: Casse-Crepe Breton,Cafe Du Mode, La Buche Cuisine Quebecoise and especially Chez Temporal. The City is walkable, no need for a car. Be ready to walk up some steep streets. The churches and public buildings were very interesting.

The old city is very clean, safe and beautiful. We had no issues with language as the locals we encountered in the touristy area were fully bilingual. The city is hilly with narrow streets - very reminiscent of small cities in Europe. If you are staying in the old city, most attractions are a short walking distance. The food / restaurants are great. We were in Quebec to embark on a cruise and would love to have spent a couple more days here.

The city is very walkable with water views, grassy parks, extended boardwalk. There is entertainment everywhere from musical street performers, buskers drawing in the crowds, and artists selling their craft. There are several unique shops for arts, food, home accessories and clothing.

My wife and I love Quebec City.

My wife and I love Quebec City. We had our honey moon here 45 years ago so we came to celebrate our 45th anniversary. The food is simply amazing. The tour was interesting and informative as this place held a lot of history. I would highly recommend Quebec City for anyone who love French cuisine. It’s like eating in France without ever leaving the country.

My wife and I commented to each other that the city felt like a mini Paris. The narrow winding streets, sidewalk cafes, shops and french speaking people. We loved visiting the Chateau Frontenac, Plains of Abraham, and taking photographs - it is a quaint and beautiful city.

Our stay in the Atypic Hotel was very enjoyable. It is located in the heart of old town, every sightseeing spot can be reached by foot. The check in/out were easy and convenient. Our host Wiliam was very welcoming and made us feel at home. He answered every question and gave us good recommendations. He was awesome! Further, he explained the kitchen rules (free breakfast + bring your own food and do your dishes). The rooms were small but well organized and tidy. A washing machine and dryer are available in the basement.
