Everyone, from the front desk to the housekeeping staff, were superb. Helpful and knowledgeable. It's a convenient location at the airport with incredible facilities. Rooms are redone and well appointed. Afternoon tea and breakfast at the restaurant were fantastic. All around a wonderful stay.

It's far from downtown Vancouver, but it's a calm and luxurious corner, and the view from the hotel is also great! The hotel was also beautiful, it was quiet because there were no group travelers, and the staff was very kind.

    Surrey is not a great place for tourists as there are really no attractions there. We spent most of our time in Vancouver where there is lots to see and do. So, every time we wanted to see the sights, it was always a 3/4 hour drive away or more.
