    North Bay is a small town with a lot of charm.

    North Bay is a small town with a lot of charm. There are a handful of restaurants and shops to see, but the real appeal of the area is the vast surrounding green. North Bay has many trails, parks, and forests to visit. Everyone visits Duchesnay Falls (it is one of the most beautiful trails), and there are many small parks along the Great Lake to visit. The pier is a great spot for ice cream and strolling, and taking a dip.

    The lakefront is beautiful.

    The lakefront is beautiful. I don’t like to see garbage on the streets. Merchants should be obligated to clean up their properties in the spring and maintain them over the summer. Make sure garbage cans are accessible and emptied routinely.

    We went there to relax.

    We went there to relax. We went shopping, ordered Greco’s pizza (by far the best pizza I’ve ever had with real products not canned). Had a great time at the casino playing .25 cent slots and finished our stay with Rhythm of the Dance at the Capitol Centre.

    Booking.com double booked my stay on July 9th 2024 and still hasn't reimbursed me yet. I paid for two rooms but only stayed in one. I also contacted the hotel directly about this and they said they would cancel one of the bookings and reimburse me. I haven't been successful with being reimbursed by the hotel or Booking.com.
