    If staying here and Celiac, pre-order bread or goodies from Crumbs and Roses! We ate a couple of meals at Oak and Cru - need one of these back home! Had a great GF meal at the Curious Cafe. In need of a hat? Check out Riobranner! She has everything for any head shape or size. If you like chocolates check out Karat Chocolate & Pastry - macaroons! Another great stop is Mosaic Bookstore.

    Kelowna is a lovely city nestled in the Okanagan Valley.

    Kelowna is a lovely city nestled in the Okanagan Valley. As with other cities in the most beautiful parts of Canada, it has grown somewhat since our last visit, but continues to be well-maintained and easy to navigate. Wineries abound, but so do spectacular views and the beautiful Oakanagan Lake!

    Downtown Kelowna has many great restaurants within walking distance. There are also plenty of wineries and breweries, and in recent years, some beaches where drinking alcohol is allowed have appeared (you can look it up for details). Parasailing over the lake adds to the lively atmosphere. There are also farms where you can pick fruit and places where you can interact with kangaroos — the more you discover, the more fun it becomes.

    Kelowna is a lovely serene town nestled around the lake Okanagan and an airport within the Canadian Rockies. Beautiful scenery and lots of places for outdoor fun and entertainment. It was a short trip but we will return to see more of it in the near future.

    Many wineries to expore Infusions restaurant at Okanagan College - great quality fine dining for a great price (and supporting the culinary program) KVR steam train (by Summerland) - fun thing to do Gastaus on the Lake (in Peachland) - really good schnitzel!

    Perfect place to stay for one night on our trip back to Vancouver airport. Quiet location but there are cafes etc just across the road. Great place if you want a pool, jacuzzi and gym. Perfect for disabled guests - we had an accessible room (although we didn’t need it) and it was all set up very well for all types of guests. Easy 40 minute walk to Downtown or you could take a bus or spend about $12 Uber. The taps in the bathroom were the shiniest I have ever seen in a hotel!!!

    The rooms were a great size and super spacious, the bed and sofa bed were very comfortable. Location of the hotel is great and there was good parking for guests. The whole group was very satisfied with our stay and it is 100% going to be the go to hotel when we visit Kelowna again.

    The staff were really nice. The room was great. The complimentary breakfast was the best we’ve had in our travels, including a big variety of fresh fruit and little frittatas and bran muffins, etc. and we got to park under the hotel in a secure garage.
