Location, location, location and reception. Exceptional view of the lake and marina with everything contained in one "city" block (LCBO, waterfront walkways and park, restaurant and, even a cannabis store two blocks away). The food served on the terrasse or take-out (no inside restaurant) is an excellent blend of indian (not too spicy, just right) and traditional (butter chicken poutine, pizza on nan bread). Add the lakefront charm of Haileybury and the combination is hard to beat.

It was so nice to stay here. My husbands family owned it in the early 70's, many good memories. so great to sit right at the waterfront. Our room , was in his day the laundry area, and it has been changed into a lovely room. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, and would highly recommend this hotel . We will be back. Haileybury beach is terrific for all ages, very clean with great swimming area.

Price, and everything about the location!! Staff are amazingly helpful and friendly, cleanliness, ammenities are nurmerous, vending machine with $1.00 drinks and snacks, huge selection for breakfast, coffee to go... walking to distance to everything Haileybury. Steps from playground and lake.

Central location. Wide choice of breakfast items. Very friendly and accommodating family owners. Have never seen such a large collection of DVDs and videos for guests to view in their room (over 4,000 choices). Loved all the nautical décor throughout the hotel.

Breakfast was simple but clean and friendly. The hotel was cozy and clean, and the beautiful town added to the enjoyment. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They have a really cute DVD rental area in the lobby; it is free and very nostalgic!
