Best place ever- we swam in the river, paddle boarded, rafted, spent a day in Invermere, a day at Wasa, went to the waterfall pools, did the footbaths, used the hit springs pool and road our bikes in to Invermere and back to Fairmont. I rarely leave reviews, but I feel obligated to warn others about this place. The facility was in terrible condition. The rooms were extremely outdated and dirty. There was visible mold in the bathtub jets, and a broken window in our room. Flies were trapped in nearly every light fixture, the carpet was filthy, and the pullout bed was stained, unsanitary, and completely unusable. 4 of us needed to sleep in one bed, leading to 4 sleepless nights. There was staining around the bathroom door knob, which I assume was surface mold. While I will say that the staff were friendly and tried to be helpful, it doesn’t make up for the poor condition of the hotel itself. The property is in serious need of maintenance and a deep, thorough cleaning. I would not stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone.Guest review byDanielCanada - 6.0

I love the pool that there's more than 1. The architecture and the landscape. When you are outside, such a relaxing place. A lot of missing things to make your stay comfortable, no microwave and kettle, bathroom vent is full of dust and doesn't suck air out. Some shower tiles shows dark portion I don't know if it's mold or dirt as well as the floor tiles. Need updating. Outdoor I would recommend to friends and family the comfort of the hotspring pool but to stay especially the cleanliness, I won't. I'm still coming back for the pool but not to stay. Fairmount hot springs relative to Banff is much cheaper. However the resort needs a renovation some updates. Cleaning painting etc. The pools used to be more fun watching the diving boards action. No owners have spent any money over a lot of years.Guest review byjamesCanada - 8.0
Go for the mountain views and the hot springs.
Go for the mountain views and the hot springs. This is not a luxury spa retreat. It is clean, fairly well organized and the staff were mostly friendly. Loads of options for your stay hotel rooms, suites, cabins and camping. The games room was wonderful for our grandchildren.
The games room was wonderful for our grandchildren. The master bedroom bed was horrible. It had a foamy trying to help the box spring and another foamy to cushion the mattress. It was not in good shape and for older individuals, the bed didn't offer enough support.Guest review byRitaCanada

Full kitchen equipped with everything needed(except some tin foil and/or saran wrap ;) included salt, pepper and sugar, which was nice to see because a lot of hotels equipped with a kitchen do not provide and basic spices. The covered balcony was really nice and included a BBQ too. We didn't meet the home owner, but that's ok. They were very friendly with communications and made check-in and check-out very easy.
