When I arrived my shower was flooding the floor. The night manager was very gracious and upgraded me to a new room. Without even telling me. What a nice surprise.

The staff was really helpful, helped with food from around. It was very quiet, easy to roam around. It is in zone 3 of Montreal, takes about 1 hour from city centre. The motel is just on highway, easy to travel.

Great, fantastic hotel, comfortable and cozy, extremely well maintained, nice and polite staff, rooms were clean and spacious, well insulated (very few to none noise around), great beds, perfect Wifi, plenty of parking spots and, saving the best for last, a memorable, hard to forget, breakfast, combining fine French cuisine refinment with rough and consistent American style.     When I got to the hotel, it was from 4pm until 5pm.

    When I got to the hotel, it was from 4pm until 5pm. I received a $ 300 deposit. When I checked out of the hotel at 5 pm, the deposit was not returned to me. And when I called the hotel, they disrespectfully told me that I had to go back to the hotel to receive the deposit! I'm in Toronto now !!!!!! And unfortunately $ 300 has been deducted from my account and no one is responsible. I really complain about this hotel! But unfortunately I do not know what to do. I have trusted Booking and I have been your regular customer and now I expect you to defend me.

    We arrived early to beat the snow storm on our date of travel only to check in and be informed there is a $50. early check in charge. Are you kidding me!! No reputable hotel charges a fee like this. The hotel has been open for almost a year and still no housekeeping staff for bed linens and towel replacement. How can you justify the room charges without this service.
