The hotel was beautiful.
The hotel was beautiful. The railway station was magnificent. Both definitely worth seeing. Maryborough is easy to get around. We ate at Bangkok Thai Restaurant. Excellent service at this restaurant and food excellent too. All in all a lovely place to visit.Guest review byCatherineAustralia - 10.0

We spent very little time in the town.
We spent very little time in the town. We were there for a family event. Maryborough is a medium sized country town. Shops close at 5pm. No night life. Did not see a pub open . We also lived there for ten years, but it was 15 years ago. Bit hard to review at this time when we basically stayed overnight then went home againGuest review byRobertAustralia - 8.0
Nice little town.
Nice little town. Has all the major shops including Subway, KFC, McDonalds, Woolworths, Coles, Aldi & even K-Mart. It even has its own hospital. A lot of good history for an old Gold town. Great location to setup as a base camp to explore Central Victoria.Guest review byMat - 10.0

Charming C19th goldfields town with friendly people. Nearly all of the businesses are family owned and run. The service everywhere was great (I think cash is appreciated). Easily accessible from Melbourne by train. Beautiful railway station.Guest review bytista - 8.0
Maryborough was great for a weekend away to catch up with...
Maryborough was great for a weekend away to catch up with friends and look at some local sites. I really enjoyed the stay at the Bull and Mouth hotel and the meals were fabulous. I loved our Thai meal also and walking around the town looking at all the old buildings.Guest review byMorrison

Comfy bed with electric blanket, and lounge chairs for relaxing. Plenty of continental breakfast supplies. Good size bathroom. Very quiet location at the rear of the house with private entrance. I will definitely here every time I visit Maryborough from now on. Absolutely beautiful, everything and more you could need for a stay, stunningly and thoughtfully decorated. Great shower.
