New clean and very comfortable property. Extremely well equipped . The kitchen included spices, oil and other condiments. A bottle of wine , chocolates and a loaf of bread were waiting on our arrival, along with eggs and bacon in the fridge. Some medical supplies in the bathroom. Washing machine and dryer really appreciated. The hosts were wonderful. Highly recommend. Don’t be put off because it’s not in the centre of town.

The owners obviously know how to entertain and enjoy life. I love cooking, so I like a well equipped kitchen.....it was great. The house was smaller than I'd expected, however it was so well laid out that it didn't seem so.

I had a fantastic stay at Apple Tree Lane Cottage over a weekend trip in Bowral. It was a super charming cottage that was well equipped with everything you can need and was only a short walk from the Cherry Tree Walk / main streets of Bowral. The place was cozy, clean, very comfortable and private. The hosts were very welcoming and lovely, and generally responded to messages in a timely manner. 10/10 would recommend!

The Potting Shed is absolutely beautiful! It is just as the photos show, beautifully and very thoughtfully appointed. The location is great for a Bowral weekend. Camilla has thought of everything including a delicious breakfast! We absolutely loved our time there and wish we had more! Hope to come back one day soon. Thanks Camilla!

    We stayed in Bowral to see the Tulip Festival, and it was...

    We stayed in Bowral to see the Tulip Festival, and it was so pretty. We loved all the colours of the flowers, and the gardens were set out lovely. The market stalls were nice to look at too. The town had a lot of nice quirky little shops, and the Chinese restaurant and local hotel were really good for dinners. Everyone seemed friendly, and although the traffic was busy, everyone was patient, and took their turn.

    We enjoyed the Tulip Time visit at Corbett Gardens. We were impressed by the garden displays and enjoyed the market stalls in the gardens. The retail shops at Bowral provided a lot of merchandise that can't be seen anywhere else. The Bistro and Pizza place at the Imperial Hotel provided great food. It's easy to walk around and see lot's of great attractions all close by.

    I was born in Bowral so the nostalgia for me was high!

    I was born in Bowral so the nostalgia for me was high! I was only able to be in the area for one night, but made it out to Bundanoon and to Mittagong for a visit. Eating at the Briars Inn was a sensational experience with incredible food and a lovely cosy vibe. Parking in Bowral can be a challenge on the weekends, but we managed!

    Bowral is a lovely country town, and we loved all the beautiful gardens and trees particularly at this time of year with autumn leaves. There are so many options when it comes to food. Gumnut, The Creperie and Italo were all excellent.

    Bowral is a beautiful town with its picturesque landscape and surrounds plus the best bakery south side of Sydney :)) The Gumnut Bakery is a must, and the Berida Hotel is exquisite in food, drinks and hospitality. The are an array of wonderful shops and place to go like the Gibraltar Lookout. Yiannis is great for lunch or to grab some picnic goodies. The Raw & Wild Cafe provides a wonderful breakfast/brunch, and their local honey is amazing - the bees are definitely happy here :))

    The Bradman and the International Cricket Museum was...

    The Bradman and the International Cricket Museum was fascinating. Spent 3 hours there. Had a great meal at the Centennial Winery. On the downside was the continuous stream of traffic in town, and the difficult parking.

    The house was very clean, warm, and comfortable. Lovely vista views from the dining room and balcony. Ian was a great host, very responsive and helpful. There was a lovely little gift of wine and snacks waiting for us when we arrived. The house is a short walk (leisurely 10 min stroll) to Bowral, cafes and local pub. The two separate lounges, full kitchen, two bathrooms and three bedrooms meant there was ample room for our party of 4. Easy on- street parking and access to the property. There was also a locked up garage.
