The staff is very welcoming, knowledgeable, and flexible to humans and pets alike. This hotel is in a perfect location, just across the train station, with ample parking possibilities, something appreciated, especially when traveling with a pet or a person with restricted mobility. The quality of the room was amazing in all respects. Breakfast was served in a charming room and offered a wide range of good quality food. Staff were very polite and considerate. Locationally, the hotel was very convenient for the train station.

The place was just across the road from the Train Station so was absolute perfect for me. The Room was great, large size, with a great desk overlooking a stunning view as I sat and planned my next trip. Bed and shower were great. Breakfast was amazing and plenty. Walk down the Main Street or along the River. Beautiful city with the mountains or hills all around. Be lovely when they have snow on them also. Oh and try their beer down the road. Was a great stay. Wish I had stayed longer

Great hotel; we loved the decor and facilities a lot as well as super efficient, helpful and friendly staff. Our room was very spacious and well equipped, with AC (which was a blessing on a very hot day) and a small sitting area with a sofa and a coffee table. The hotel is beautifully decorated, respecting its history (it has very interesting past) and providing all contemporary amenities, such as fast internet service or private parking. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options. I strongly recommend Palais26 for either a long or short stay.
