FAQs about hotels in Buenos Aires

Tango for Your Senses

Cosmopolitan and trendy, with South American essence and European charm, Buenos Aires represents the living image of tango: elegant yet passionate and nostalgic. Grown around its harbour and vastly populated by immigrants from the Old Continent, it is a faithful image of Argentina’s typical ethnical patchwork.

The enormous relief of Evita’s face at 9 de Julio Avenue, La Boca's humble and colourful streets, the stylish buildings along Avenida de Mayo, or the modernly refurbished docks in Puerto Madero… Buenos Aires is an exciting and captivating city, full of history and full of stories.

Some of the finest Buenos Aires hotels are located near the Casa Rosada, in the Montserrat district. A few blocks south, you can find hotels in San Telmo mixing modern style and old-fashioned architecture.

Outside the centre, hotels in Recoleta recount with early 20th-century glories, surrounded by green areas, mansions and embassies. Palermo hotels include a vast array of apartments, hostels and small boutique accommodation.

After arriving at Ezeiza International Airport, rush out and enjoy the rhythm of Buenos Aires and its many cultural offerings, fashionable shopping streets, its huge variety of restaurants, and the busy nightlife.

We had 3 nights in Buenos Aires on our way to Santiago and it was fantastic, the hotel was amazing, the views of the city, especially at night were fantastic, such a vibrant, lively city. Lots of bars and restaurants everywhere, the docs area was fantastic also! If you’re going to go, then you MUST do a day trip to Uruguay on the ferry and a hop on / hop off bus tour of Santiago city, making sure you get off in La Boca!! Exceptional!

Before my visit I did research online about where to stay and where better not to go in Buenos Aires. This hotel is located in the nice and safe area so you can walk freely to all kind of restaurants, bars and all kind of city activities. Because the rest of areas in the city didn’t have so much “points of safeness”

We made a stop for a few days in Buenos Aires on our way to Bariloche for a ski trip. We got a two day hop on Hop off bus with Greyline that was to include a cruise on a boat. Unfortunately because of timing issues the boat trip did not happen. Buenos Aires is a cosmopolitan city that reminds me a lot of Paris, although I would say Buenos Aires is cleaner. There are many unique neighborhoods, each with their own history and uniqueness. The main Avenue with the Obelisk is beautiful and imposing all at the same time. I have traveled the world but this was my first time to Buenos Aires. It is definitely a city to see but not one that I plan to revisit.

    What a fabulous city!

What a fabulous city! We stayed in two locations: San Telmo and Palermo; they were very different but we felt safe in both and there were so many cafes, shops and restaurants; we were spoiled for choice. The city has everthing: history, culture, architecture shopping nightlife food, wine!

Bed & room were very comfortable and lobby was very comfortable with a selection of food and drink available at all times. Security was excellent & it’s an easy walk to Palermo Soho, many excellent restaurants and Plaza Italia. The staff were outstanding - friendly, helpful and happy to make arrangements for us, including currency exchange delivered to the hotel after hours and a very early taxi pickup to the airport. Highly recommend Shoshana. Thank you Ezekial & team!

My weekend here was simply amazing, one of my best trips so far. I was fascinated by the city of Buenos Aires and especially by the vibrant energy felt in the Palermo neighborhood. There are always people and places open, which gives it a lively and exciting nightlife. The apartment is simply great, with a unique style that perfectly combines excellent decoration with a high level of comfort. It is distinguished by its impeccable cleanliness and order.

A very lovely hotel within walking distance of many attractions in Recoleta. Quiet area, with easy access to cafes, restaurants, shopping. Very large room with comfortable bed and great breakfast. Enjoyed a massage at the hotel and the staff arranged rides to and from airport, as well as currency exchange. Everyone was very helpful.

Absolutely adored this hotel. One of the best places we have ever stayed. Beautiful common spaces (including two gorgeous terraces) and large, airy room with a balcony. The staff were extremely lovely and helpful. Location is superb: a short walk to the centre of Palermo Soho. Could not recommend this hotel more highly!

Location is great. Walking distance from lots of restaurants and bars. Room was nice and clean. It's a small hotel that worked really well for spending a long weekend with my family in Buenos Aires, in which we mostly walked around Palermo.
