It was a unique experience. a very modern feel to the whole experience. The staff Stood out for me. They've been Friendly and extremely welcoming. The service at the restaurant is also exceptional in terms of how the staff interacted with us and the food service was very fast. The facility is still new, clean and has very modern styling. The location - being directly on the walk JBR also adds to the experience. Cove beach, which was available to us as ROVE JBR guests is also a fantastic place to be in. The atmosphere is top and the food we had (sushi) was very good.

- amazing service from everyone at the hotel including the front desk, the cleaning staff and valet station outside. Everyone was kind and always ready to help. We really appreciate everyone for the exceptional work they are doing to provide guests with the best possible service. - The apartment was exceptionally clean and organized. It was cleaned every day and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. - The beds and pillows were really comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped to make meals in the apartment if needed. Everything listed in the booking was provided in the apartment (hairdryer, iron, cosmetics). - The location was great. It was a short car ride to most places in the city, but also quiet enough to rest peacefully. The view from the rooms and the balcony was amazing.

    Our first time in Dubai and it was better than we could have imagined. We mostly ate at our hotel and in the malls but we did try a Caribbean food restaurant on Dubai Marina called TrinJam Fusions and the food was immaculate definitely give it a try. Xclusive Yachts was a good adults only night out for us would definitely recommend tip tho, food is only available on trip more Tham an hour long so even if your tickets says food just bare that in mind. We did all the usual we went to museum of the future, Burj khalifa (floor 154; do it, it's worth it). Dubai Desert Safari(Ocean Air), My husband and sons went to Aquaventure and I would say it's a must visit if you came all the way to Dubai, the boys had a great day. We found it very easy to get around we used local taxis (Careem) and the shuttle buses our hotel offered and it was no hassle at all. Mall of Emirates was our favourite, in between our activities we probably went there everyday. we visited Dubai Mall as well but a bit too much for our liking. Get you receipt valid to claim you tax back at the airport. There's one before and after security.

    Dubai is an amazing city with so much to see and do, but it was too crowded during my visit and the taxi rates were quite high. I recommend downloading the Z app on your phone—it’s a much cheaper and more convenient option for getting around.

    Perfect location for sun and sea- all attractions are great - however would avoid the future museum as it seems to be for teenagers/kids rather than adults. Overall Dubai as a holiday is perfect-- 4th time going.

    Great Vacation with excursions throughout Dubai and a Desert Safari. Easy to get around by Taxi but Traffic is very Busy during certain times of the Day. Bus provided by Hotel to visit the Dubai Outlet Mall was a bonus.

    It's really a great place. Not my first time.

    It's really a great place. Not my first time. Definitely not the last. Too many places to visit. (Burj Khalifa, desert safari, city tour, museum of the future, the frame, etc). Good food ( we love the street restuarants). People are really kind. More than enough places to shop. Everything is well organized.

    The hotel accommodation experience is at a very high level. Spacious, comfortable and luxurious rooms. The balcony in the rooms is very large. Amazing infinity pool on the top floor. A standard and satisfying breakfast, no variety between days, but definitely satisfying. Great service! Please note that the hotel is in the city, not on the beach and not close to the shopping center and Dubai Mall, but a short drive away. It is recommended to take taxis with a meter to save on travel costs (the savings are very significant!)

    We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel - the staff were amazing and made us feel special from the first to last minute! The lake view from our room was spectacular and the location of the hotel is also perfect! We were within a few minutes walk of the metro station (definitely the best way to get to Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa because you miss the crazy traffic) and Dubai Marina (awesome waterfront cafes and restaurants). Loved our stay there and will definitely be back soon!!

    Location of the hotel was good as you could walk to the Marina in just 7 minutes. Also the metro was only 5 minutes walk which would connect to lot of Dubai city. We liked a complementary curtesy pick up from the airport, which we were very pleased about. Hotel runs curtesy drop off and pick up to and from Marina beach and Emirate mall daily. Staff were excellent, very polite and helpful. We were given an upgrade as we were celebrating 75th birthday trip.
