La ubicació del lloc és fantàstica! Es troba a 30 minuts de l’estació d’Amsterdam Centraal amb bicicleta, que les vam llogar a la casa mateix. A més, ens van recomanar fer una ruta fins al nord per veure Marken, Volendam i Edam amb les bicicletes, també. I ens va encantar. Ens va encantar anar a dormir acompanyades de les vaques que ens van acompanyar en silenci mentre menjaven la seva herba i nosaltres acabàvem de relaxar-nos al jardinet amb els últims raigs de sol de la tarda; també va ser molt agradable estar tan aïllades de la gran ciutat. És cert que ara estan fent obres just a la carretera del davant, i se sent el soroll dels camions, però no molesten massa. Vam demanar un dia l’esmorzar que ens oferien, i tant de bo ho haguéssim fet abans! Ens van posar una bona cistella amb aliments de tot tipus i de bona qualitat. A la casa hi ha WiFi gratuït que funciona molt bé. No hi ha supermercats massa a prop, però s’hi pot arribar amb bus fàcilment. En definitiva, vam gaudir molt l’estada. Hi tornarem, sense cap mena de dubte!

Lodge was a perfect size, very comfortable, clean & quiet, with a short stroll into Zandvoort town. Host was very helpful and checked to make sure everything was OK. Would highly recommend.

We loved the location in the most beautiful little town. It was so covenient for fluisterboat trips, e bikes and sightseeing in Amsterdam. The house was so clean and well equipped.

The place was absolutely amazing. The view from the chalet was breathtaking, and everything was spotless and perfectly arranged. This has truly been the best day I’ve had in a very long time, and I’ll definitely be booking another stay again soon 🌹.

Lovely place, very helpful host, well equipped and lots to do or you can just relax outside on a lounge chair. We enjoyed our stay so much and will be back for a longer stay. Robert is a great host.

Featuring accommodation with a private pool, garden view and a balcony, The Captain's Cabin is set in Petten. We truly enjoyed our stay at the Captains Cabin! The chalet was not only beautiful but also spotless and fully equipped, everything we needed was there. The veranda had such a cozy and romantic vibe; we spent the evening sitting there. And the picnic table was perfect for a sunny breakfast. The camping site is lush and peacefull. The owner was very kind and responded guickly to any questions. All the provided information was clear, and check-in went smoothly. As for the area/surroundings: Petten really surprised us in a good way. The beach is within walking distance- wide and quiet. We also enjoyed cycling through the dunes and hiking in the nearby Zwanenwater Nature Reserve. In short: a lovely place, a cozy and comfortable chalet and beautiful surroundings. We'd love to come back.

A recently renovated holiday home set in Nieuwe-Niedorp, Stillwater Lodge De Rijd features water sports facilities. The lake, the view, the house - just nice vibes in general. Also, thanks for the babybed & -chair!
