A flat-screen TV is equipped in each room at the Drury Inn and Suites New Orleans. Location was great. Just a few blocks from the craziness of Bourbon St. Also beside green street car to Garden district and Hop on Hop off bus. What made the holiday were the staff. From check in, we were warmly welcomed and that hospitality lasted throughout our stay. Every one of thier staff members would bend over backwards to accommodate you or just say hello when passing. It was truly exceptional. From Patrick at breakfast to Renaldo at reception, they always had time for us. I have stayed in top 5 star hotels that have not managed that level of hospitality. The drinks and evening snacks where of a very high standard, as was the breakfast. We were on a 3 week tour of different US States and staying in 6 different hotels, this was by far our favourite.

We have been travelling down through the US for two and a half weeks, staying in lovely hotels along the way, however this was the best. Everything about the hotel was wonderful, room, staff, service, ambience and the facilities. Loved our stay here and were sad to leave both the hotel and the city this morning. Fabulous place to visit and stay.
