Exceed expectations!!! I thought it would be a good place to stay but this was way beyond. The cottage is absolutely stunning and the view magnificent. But what made it exceptional were John, Josphat and Mungai. They made us feel welcome, they did everything to make our stay wonderful and respected our privacy. Josphat cooking is outstanding!

Offering a garden and garden view, The Wonky House is set in Timau, 22 km from Ngare Ndare Forest and 29 km from Nanyuki Sports Club. This remote property is very clean and tidy. Kitchen is fully stocked with the necessary utensils and there is complementary tea and coffee, salt, pepper, sugar,… Many people make notes on the road but the directions by the owner were very clear. The final few km’s take you of the man road on a dirt road. A car with a bit higher ground clearance does better here.
