    I love the comfortable portable room, I love the mini kitchen (that was really something), I love the fact that it was just a walkable distance from the location of my event. Although I woke up late, almost the checkout time , I was given an extra hour to get prepared, which was thoughtful. I also love the neatness of the place. I love the fact that it was cheap and affordable, so many things to love. If i come to portsmouth again, I already have a good place to lodge, which is amazing.

    Beautiful apartment. Nice to have tea , coffee and milk provided. Comfortable beds. Nice bathroom and handy that the toilet is separate. Great view to Isle of Wight. Spotless. Well equipped. Brilliant location. Ideal for access to Southsea attractions Portsmouth and just 7 minutes walk to the main street with barsi/ restaurants etc. very responsive hosts.

    the accommodation was ideally located, close to (but not too close) to main roads so travelling to nearby shops and restaurants was very easy, some were within walking distance, Accommodation was spotlessly clean, bright and airy, bedding and towels were also spotless and crisply laundered, The kitchen was well appointed and also very clean, Access to private garage at the rear of the property was an added bonus and made leaving and arriving back at the property even more convenient, I cannot recommend this property enough!

    Great budget hotel - the bed was incredibly comfortable, it was a good location in between the train station and the sea, and the staff (I think he was probably the manager/owner?) was so friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

    Everywhere was clean and tidy, we were made to feel very welcome, the room was spotless as was the en suite bathroom, breakfast was superb and there were quite a few options and it was included in the price(I heartily suggest the full english)!! The couple who run the guest house are lovely people, very warm and welcoming. It was in a quiet location but also ideally situated for local amenities and attractions. Definite 10 out of 10

    I love the location and the general feel of the property. It's very clean, the staff are pleasant and the included breakfast is a definite bonus. The ensuite shower room was spacious, spotless and even has a bidet. I didn't expect that! Given my age, I'm always happy to discover there's a lift. I love the fact that one can still open windows here. Other providers please take note...

    The staff were friendly and the breakfast good would have liked strawberries and raspberries as an option though as well as Greek yogurt Room big and kept very clean Locations ideal especially with bus stop outside

    The room was a good size, and the bed was reasonably comfortable. The bathroom was very clean. I didn't have contact with the staff as I didn't see them. The location was ideal as everything was close, within walking distance.
