Amazing attention. My flight was delayed. I arrived around 23:00 and the hostess kindly prepared me some dinner. She texted me every evening to ask me about my preferences for breakfast which she brought to my room at my most convenient time. Great value for money.

The free to use washing machine was a life saver after if you're staying here for a few days. Being close to the west lake gives you a great opportunity to take nice evening walks.

The apartment was clean and comfortable! The water pressure was excellent, making for a great shower experience. A water dispenser and washing machine were also provided, which added convenience. Detergent pods are available for purchase at 5,000d each. Overall, a fantastic stay—I would definitely come back again!

Best thing is the location. Everything is at a walkable distance. The apartment is very clean and hygienic. The kitchen is equipped with everything we needed as we travelled with kids and we had to cook. It's quite spacious and beautiful. The owner was very good and responded swiftly to every concern of ours. She was friendly and so cooperative. Totally a recommendable place when in Ha Noi.
