Jolie Maison au centre de Sidi Bou Said is a beachfront property situated in Sidi Bou Saïd, less than 1 km from Sidi Bou Said Beach and 4 km from Salammbo Tophet Archaeological Museum. Fantastic host, responsive, good instructions and tips, sociable. He had even prepared some food for us. The house is obviously "an active" house, people actually live there, which means it has everything you need. Location cannot be beaten.

Abbes maintained clear and prompt communication before, during, and after our stay. The house is charming and well-equipped, with everything needed for breakfast, and a supermarket nearby for any extras. We enjoyed incredibly peaceful nights—the bed is comfortable, and the atmosphere is wonderfully cozy.

A recently renovated property, Chez ADAC is set in Sidi Bou Saïd near Sidi Bou Said Beach, Baron d'Erlanger Palace and Sidi Bou Said Park. Everything about this property is remarkable. Spotlessly clean, spacious and light, well appointed and with every amenity a traveller could hope for. Soaps, shampoos, makeup removers, tissues. The spacious kitchen was well outfitted for my cooking meals with good utensils and ingredients such as oil, vinegar, salt, spices, sugar , coffee and tea. The refrigerator was stocked with items for breakfast. Quiet. Good heating for winter, great television options. And, as good as this property is, Youssef himself outshines it with his wonderful hospitality. Chez ADAC is a gem .

It was such a great choice to stay at this house. We loved everything about it..the neighborhood, the distance from the village of Sidi Bou Said (just 10 minutes walking), the kindness and support of the owner. The apartment was clean, we had breakfast with fresh bread from the local bakery and hot water. The view from the roof is perfect. Beji is a very good guy who cares about his hosts. El Dar Said està situat al poble de Sidi Bou Said i ofereix vista sobre el golf de Tunis, una piscina exterior, un hammam i internet Wi-Fi gratuïta. Staff were so professional and helpful. The room was beautiful, clean and stylish. The pool area was lovely with free towels to use. Breakfast was delicious and you can sit in the outside dining area with an amazing view. Very peaceful and just step outside to hotel and you're in a busy area with popular food places and sites. They organised an airport transfer and I also used the hammam and had a great massage. Loved it!
