Lot's of top class local food and almost "unlimited" wine supply from the house was included in the dinner package that you should not miss. Superb! The pool area was very nice and relaxing. You could also take long walks in the wine yards with fantastic views over the Douro valley. The room was very nice. Fantastic old style but gently renovated.

It was raining when we checked in and the host had already turned on the inverter for us before our arrival, which shows how attentive they are to their guests. We enjoyed our stay there and will definitely repeat the stay on our next visit. Thank you for providing an amazing place for the stay.

We arrived the day of epic nationwide blackout :) Despite all she waited for us to show us around the house, told us she would be there to help if any problem. All in all a great experience!

Four guys on motorbike tour stayed for two nights. Absolutely perfect place, great accommodation and secure underground garage in perfect location. Jorge the host was very friendly and explained everything we need s to know. Would come back in an instant.

Remote, but only 15 minutes from basic stores & a few restaurants. Staff was helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was nice with classic European meats and eggs cooked to order, fresh fruit, etc. also had access to charcuterie, wine, sodas as needed. Nice to have access to this as the staff is gone after 5ish. Obrigado Elvira for all of your advice on the area!
