The location is very quiet, despite being in the middle of one of Tokyo's most visited spots. Close to everything, with lots of great restaurants, cafes and shopping. And more desserts and snacks that you could wish for. The ryokan was better than I expected, the room was not huge, but comfortable. The direct view of the pagoda from the window is great. Wonderful service all around.

Wonderful hosts, very kind and helpful. Provided a free shuttle service to the location and back to the station. The room itself is very comfortable with everything I needed. This recently renovated aparthotel is located 800 metres from Hibiya Shrine and less than 1 km from Shinbashi Shiogama Shrine. The aparthotel features family rooms. Had a very pleasant stay at the hotel for our 11-day trip. While we had the smallest studio available (booking.com did not seem to have any other sizes listed), it was decent bearing in mind Japanese hotel room sizes, and clean and well laid out. Kitchen was very well equipped, with ample cutlery, crockery and even bakeware. Friendly and responsive staff, even had a large amount of adapters and umbrellas for us to borrow. Soundproofing was also very good, we were not even aware that there were other guests on our floor until we bumped into them at the elevator. There was some repair work going on in the corridors but frankly we could not hear a thing! What I was very pleasantly surprised about was how convenient the location was; coffee and bakeries literally two doors down, more convenience stores than I could count within a 150m radius, and two very well linked stations barely 2 minutes' walk from the property. It was also a pleasant 25 minute walk to main Ginza, for those who want to enjoy some night life without worrying about extortionate taxi rides home (metro stops running before half past midnight). All in all, would definitely recommend the hotel for couples on busy trips who want a safe and relaxed, but well linked place to stay.
