Situated in Miyako Island, 2.3 km from Sunayama Beach, 宮古島 Guesthouse Re-Spect features accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a terrace and a shared lounge. I recommend this place to anyone and I will go back anytime. Host is really kind, respectful and helpful! The place is clean and I mean clean 11/10. Bed are cozy, the kitchen have all the basic you need to prep a meal. There a 2nd floor terrace with table and hammock with some shade. Bathroom are as clean as you can imagine. Grab a bike and go to sun Pilar beach. In 2 days we had one local and 2 jet ski come, other then that we were alone :)

Located in Miyako Island and only 400 metres from Imgya Marine Garden, Private Resort Hotel RENN provides accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking. Renn san was super friendly, he provided valuable inputs for our snorkeling plans. I wish we stayed there 1-2 more nights to fully utilize his inputs! XD The facility has a great view of the night sky, if you happen to catch a good cloud-less weather while you are there, you would be able to enjoy a good view of the Milky Way!

Located just 400 metres from Ryugujo Observatory, Hotel Hibiscus features accommodation in Miyako Island with access to a terrace, a shared lounge, as well as a shared kitchen. This was probably one of my favorite accommodations that I stayed in Japan. Super remote island with beautiful beaches all around. It's a very homely guest house with a friendly host which took us snorkeling and around the main Island when it was raining.
