The staff (Valentina and Aitor) were extremely helpful and friendly- they really made me feel welcome.

Great blinds that cover the windows, so it is very dark when you are ready to go to bed. It also is pretty soundproof as there was a lot going on outside, but we did not hear any of it. The staff is extremely friendly and very helpful. They gave us some great recommendations for food.
