Located in Pokolbin, 11 km from Hunter Valley Gardens, 27 Rows on Hermitage features a garden and terrace. There is a private entrance at the holiday home for the convenience of those who stay. Location to the local wineries is a definite, but once we arrived the whole setting of our accommodation overlooking the 27 rows at hermitage was a bonus. The peacefulness and quality of the accommodation was wonderful.

Very accurate directions and instructions provided by the host. Easy to follow. Getting to the property and getting access was a breeze. We were 2 couples and the villa and facilities were perfect. Great view from the balcony. Everything we needed (and a lot of stuff we didn’t need) was provided. Our host also offered tips on F&B outlets in the area and every one we visited was delicious.

Located in Lovedale, 15 km from Hunter Valley Gardens and 42 km from University of Newcastle, Cabins at Lovedale Wedding Chapel offers a garden and air conditioning. It was so peaceful and calm - just what we needed. My daughter said it is her favourite place to stay. Shanae was very kind and accommodating. The wine, cheese and croissants were yummy. We woke up with kangaroos right outside our door and plenty of unique birds.

The host was so welcoming and had thought of everything we would have needed. They had the fridge stocked and had an information sheet ready. Place was clean and tidy and communication was fantastic. Check in was made very easy.

Tuckers Lane Boutique Accommodation in Rothbury provides adults-only accommodation with a garden, a terrace and barbecue facilities. Snug spot out in Hunter’s Valley. Very private. Far enough out to feel remote but with all the creature comforts of luxury accommodation. The spa was a wonder… we’d still be in there now if we didn’t have to step out to eat and drink.

Such a fantastic stay and truly an experience in itself. The property and surroundings are beautiful, but it’s the hosts who really make the stay exceptional. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to explore the Hunter Valley or simply enjoy a peaceful retreat in the countryside. We loved everything about our time here and are incredibly grateful to the hosts for making it so memorable.
