Very friendly staff, nothing was too much trouble. We were well looked after. There were mosquito repellents placed in the rooms - lotion, spray and citronella

Ten RooMs is situated in Teluk Bakau and offers a bar. Set on the beachfront, this property has a private beach area, a garden, a terrace and free WiFi. Very quiet. No music. Good seafood restaurant just down the road. Staff were friendly and informative. Managers Boyski and Mawai were very helpful especially when I ran into a banking issue and they helped arrange the best transportation to my next destination. It is a very simple accommodation, but had everything I need.And, the mie goreng was top level.

Check in & check out process - the front desk staff are very helpful. They greet everyone with smiles & they make sure everyone have a great experience during their stay / activity. KUDOS to Ms.Vivi & Mr. Yanu and others because they are friendly & treat everyone patiently eventhou its peak season. 2. Facilities & activity - Our room is very spacious and the bathroom is my fav because it have the natural lighting. - In the morning, i get to feed the fishes at the lake which make me feel very relaxed seeing the fishes swimming around beautifully. - the bicyles are free for check in guest which i use to ride around the camp. - i also take the ATV package which include archery & paddle boats. - My guide during the ATV is cheerful guy whom take a lots of our pictures & video. 3. Food (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner) - the food are affordable & delicious. - i really love Dirty Duck, Tamarind Soup, the Chicken Porridge in the menu.
